You can place your order in any one of the following ways:

1) Through our on-line shopping cart, featuring the market standard SSL security technology.

2) By selecting the off-line order option, in which you will be emailed a mail order form, to complete and fax back.

3) Contact us direct and place your order by phone.

NB: All of the above options are available 24 hours a day and all orders will be confirmed by phone or email before any transaction takes place.

B. Pricing Policy

All prices quoted are in New Zealand dollars and exclude New Zealand's Goods & Services Tax (G.S.T.) of 12.5%. All items purchased to be sent internationally are exempt from G.S.T. and will be charged as quoted (upon confirmation from us). For all national sales, G.S.T. will be added at the time of order.

Exchange rates used are current at time of update, but due to fluctuations that can occur, the amount converted at time of charging may vary accordingly.

C. Delivery Options

We are currently offering complimentary shipping and insurance for all nationwide parcels and complimentary Air International shipping for orders totaling NZ$250.00 and over.

All International parcels are a Track and Trace, Door to Door service with insurance and are signature required. Our primary service provider is New Zealand Post.

All national parcels are sent by CourierPost, which is a signature required door to door service. Otherwise you can arrange to collect your figurine from our shop in Auckland during business hours.
